Meet the Pastor
Pastor William Ebel III
Pastor Ebel accepted the call to be our new pastor. He was ordained and installed on July 26, 2026 at St. Paul.
Pastor Ebel was born and raised in Mount Clemens, Michigan and attended Lutheran schools. He then went to Concordia University Wisconsin and entered the pre-seminary program graduating in 2022 with a degree in Theological Languages. Next he began his studies at Concordia Theological Seminary Fort Wayne.
He met his wife LaNea while at college as well as through their mutual participation in cross country and track. They began dating during his time at seminary and married in February 2025. LaNea grew up in Kewaunee, Wisconsin and served as one of the organists at her church. She attended Concordia Wisconsin to study pharmacy and graduated in 2023. She has been working as a pharmacist ever since.
In February 2026, William and LaNea welcomed their son William "Liam" Ebel IV into the world. We welcome them all to St. Paul and look forward to serving the Lord together with God's blessing.
